Transfer Success for Saints Baseball

Mission College Baseball continues its transfer success following the 2022 season. Here are the players who are headed to four-year schools.

Alex Adame is headed to UC San Diego after an All-Coast South selection after he drove in a team-best 38 runs, leading the team with 17 doubles and six homers while batting .342 with a .610 slugging percentage. He hit .330 over two seasons.

Kyle Deering had a 4.15 ERA over two seasons and is headed to William Jessup. He had a 3.38 ERA over 13 relief appearances this past season.

RHP Trevor Allen and Max Manning who are both headed to UC Davis Baseball to continue their careers. Allen was 3-5 over 11 starts in 2022, striking out 45 over 56.2 innings. Manning appeared in 14 games out of the pen for the Saints this past season with a 1-1 record.

Jake Liquori is headed to Midland University (NE) after batting .218 in 30 games with the Saints in 2022. He had three doubles, three triples and 17 RBIs. He spent his freshman year at Ohlone College.

Alonzo Vergara spent three seasons at Mission (2020-22) playing in a total of 57 games with a .247 average. He hit .264 in 31 games with four doubles and five homers in 2022. He is headed to Oregon Tech.

Zach Douglas is heading to Kansas Wesleyan University to continue his baseball career. Douglas appeared in 15 games out of the pen in two years.

Owen Dyer is headed to Arizona State.

Nate Oliveira is headed to Providence Christian College.

Izzy Galindo is headed to Benedictine University in Mesa, Arizona.
